Woody Allen was mentioned many times during Sing rehearsals, because his class supposedly won Sing, during each of his four years at Midwood — despite Barbra Streisand's presence at Erasmus during the same period.

Yes, I attended Midwood High School in the late 1950s and then, Brooklyn College.

As for Midwood High School, did you know that it was the locale for the first Dutch settlement in Breuckelen?
