I chain smoked. It was by far the easiest quit I ever did. Two years or so I don't remember the quit date (9) I was terribly depressed anyway when they gave it to me. The dreams were vivid but I have vivid dreams now from head meds. I caution people who react to it. Still I encouraged the quit. I had tried everything, and quit many times and didn't want to quit, but I saw how my smoking was now permeating the house and annoying the DH I tried it and I am grateful it worked so far without trauma.
