Where Is Bear Grylls?
It’s been a month since I found out that Bear Grylls was only pretending to sleep out in the cold. Now the only question left, is “Where is Bear Grylls?”
How Long Can You Keep On Trekking?
On July 22nd, The UK Times reported that:
“Grylls could not be contacted for comment this weekend as he was trekking in the Brecon Beacons with his four-year-old son.”
Are we supposed to believe that they went trekking with only a knife, flint, and water bottles?
Where is Bear Grylls?
I think Bear Grylls is writing a book. I think we will see “The Making of Man vs. Wild” in bookstores soon. Grylls has been caught, and his persona shattered. What else can he do? I have no doubt that Bear Grylls will return from his trek with a tell–all book. A deluxe edition with a DVD is a strong possibility.
From Nowhere to Everywhere
Bear Grylls will turn this into a bonanza. I think he just needs a little more time to finish his book. Grylls and his crew were caught offguard, and I am sure that it took them awhile to think of a good excuse.
Bear will be back with a book. He’s not on any channel now, but he will be on every channel soon.
I wonder what he will say?
Comments
He might be writing a book, because his TV shows are as good as canceled. But I don’t think that his book will win him back the status he had before the scandal. There isn’t much to do about this but let time pass.
There would be no way that the Discovery Channel and Channel 4 would allow him to make new shows just because of a book. Anyway, would he be really writing a book or would it be ghostwritten? I don’t know.
But this is a good idea.
Book would have to be ghostwritten, so it would be finished quickly.
Channel 4 has cancelled Bear Grylls. Discovery was supposed to bring Man vs. Wild back with a disclaimer, but either changed their minds, or is waiting for the book.
Either way, I don’t see much of a future for Man vs. Wild with a disclaimer. A disclaimer would allow Bear Grylls to use a stunt double, and Man vs. Wild would not be a survival show: it would be “Bear Grylls meets The Mythbusters.”
Awesome publish. Genuinely genuinely wonderful.
