Bye Bye Burress

logo New York Giants ended Plaxico Burress’s season.

Giants placed Burress on “non–football–injury list.” This makes him ineligible to return this season, and also means he will not get paid. Giants also expressed their disgust, by suspending Burress for conduct detrimental to the team for the rest of the season.

Go Giants!

Somehow, New York Giants improved after Tiki Barber retired, and after Jeremy Shockey was injured.

Now, Coach Coughlin expects team to do it again, saying:

“When you lose a player of Plaxico’s ability, it is incumbent that everybody step up and fill the void, In the last two seasons, this team has done an outstanding job of that.”

Burress’s spot on the roster will be filled tomorrow.

Idiocy and Punishment

Burress will be punished again, after March 31st — when he returns to court.

Plaxico Burress will also be punished for violating NFL personal conduct policy, after his trial.
