Help Me Cure Cancer

photo of Mom and daughters I have joined the Team in Training program of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to raise money for blood cancer research.

Cancer is a killer. Cancer doesn’t try to maim or injure, it only wants to kill. We fight cancer with powerful poisons: chemicals and radiation, that seek to eradicate this killer. Sometimes they work, but too often they fail, and a diagnosis of cancer is usually a death sentence.

My daughters lost their Mom to cancer, and I have witnessed its powerful path, from diagnosis to death. This photo was taken less than two years before Mom got her last hug.

You Can Make A Difference

Few of us achieve notoriety in our lifetimes, and leave a lasting legacy for generations to come. I joined Team in Training, hoping to leave the most precious of all legacies: a life, for someone who would otherwise die from leukemia or lymphoma.

Please help support this most worthy cause, by making a contribution at my Team in Training home page.
