Quick Mail 3.5.2 Sends Email to Everyone on WordPress Site
I created the Quick Mail WordPress plugin in 2014, to send an email with an attachment from the WordPress dashboard.
Quick Mail 3.5.0 is the 38th update. I added two features and fixed bugs.
Quick Mail users can select email recipients from WordPress site users or commenters.
Have you ever wanted to answer a comment privately, and include an attachment in your reply? Do it with Quick Mail :)
Use Quick Mail with WP-CLI to send an email with an attachment from the command line.
How Many Users Can Receive One Email?
An email can have up to 99 recipients.
100 users, including the sender, is the standard limit for Gmail and other services.
Quick Mail counts recipients before sending an email.
Also Fixed in Quick Mail 3.5.2
Settings: The roles checkbox is always disabled if “Do not show users is checked.”

Want to send everyone an email?
Several people asked me to add a feature to send every site user an email. I never added this feature, because I did not want Quick Mail to be used by spammers.
I added this feature to the WP-CLI command, because it can only be used by administrators.
Send sitemap.xml from user 1 to all users with “New Sitemap” subject.
wp quick-mail 1 all sitemap.xml "New Sitemap"
“All” email is also sent to sender. Other addresses are hidden with “Bcc.”
For Testers and Testing
I added a “test mode” to Quick Mail. Test mode displays mail headers, without sending mail.
Enable Test Mode
Add this to wp-config.php:
Quick Mail displays a prominent notice (see image) when testing is enabled.
