Quick Mail is a WordPress plugin. Use Quick Mail to send mail from the WP Dashboard or command line.
Quick Mail has evolved in three years. It adds email to WordPress. You can even send private replies to comments with attachments.
Quick Mail 3.2.7 fixed one bug.
Syntax Error
Robert J. Becraft reported:
Get this message: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘998’ (T_LNUMBER) in quick-mail.php on line 702
This error was reported on Github.
I could not reproduce this error on PHP 7 or PHP 5.
However, I replaced if empty( 998 > $days )
with if ( 998 > $days )
.
This makes more sense.
Open Source
When I started programming, software was limited to those who could afford it. Bug reporting ws complicated, and users had to wait for patches and updates.
I love Open Source software. People all over the world can test Quick Mail on different platforms and report bugs easily.
Everyone can report errors and offer suggestions, in public forums.
